Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  

During launches, holidays, or high-volume events, processing may extend to 5-7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.  

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days

Delivery ties are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Orders over $75 qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the continental United States.

Local Pickup (Tulsa Metropolitan Area)

Local pickup may be available for customers in the Tulsa, Oklahoma metropolitan area.

If this option is selected at checkout, you will receive an email when your order is ready with pickup instructions.

Warm Weather and Melt Advisory

Pharos candles are crafted with premium wax blends.  During warmer months:

  • We are not responsible for melting due to heat exposure during transit.
  • Please retrieve packages promptly after delivery.

If you are concerned about high temperatures, contact us prior to ordering and we can discuss shipping timing.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Pharos is not responsible for

  • Packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by carrier

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include clear photos of:
  • The damaged product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
