Refund policy

At Pharos Candle Company, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted to illuminate your space with elegance and intention.  Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a refined return policy to ensure quality and integrity.

We gladly offer exchanges on eligible items.  However, refunds are limited and only granted under specific conditions outlined below.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unused and unburned
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if the item meets all of the following criteria:

  • Product is unused and unburned
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Request made within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is received and inspected by our team

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance the following items are final sale:

  • Used or burned candles
  • Opened body oils or personal care products
  • Room sprays and reed diffusers once opened
  • Clearance or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s) and packaging. We will promptly make it right with a replacement or exchange.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are nonrefundable
