What type of wax do you use?

Our candles are crafted with a premium coconut-soy wax blend for a clean, slow-burning experience and exceptional fragrance performance.

Are your fragrances phthalate-free?

Yes. We use high-quality fragrance oils that are free from phthalates.

What fragrance strength can I expect?

Pharos fragrances are designed to provide a balanced, room-filling aroma without being overpowering.

Candle Care

How long do your candles burn?

• 7.5 oz Classic Candles: Approximately 40–50 hours

• 11 oz Mélange Candles: Approximately 60–80 hours

How do I care for my candle?

Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn and allow the wax pool to reach the edges of the vessel during the first burn to help prevent tunneling.

Reed Diffusers & Room Sprays

How long do reed diffusers last?

Pharos reed diffusers typically provide continuous fragrance for approximately 3–6 months, depending on room size, airflow, and how often the reeds are flipped.

Can room and linen sprays be used on fabrics?

Yes. Our room and linen sprays are designed for most fabrics. We recommend testing on an inconspicuous area first.
