Follow these simple guidelines to enjoy your Pharos products safely and maximize their performance. 

Candle Care

Our candles are hand-poured using a premium coconut soy wax blend designed to provide a clean, long-lasting burn and exceptional fragrance throw.

Before Lightning

• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
• Remove all packaging and labels not intended to remain on the vessel.
• Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts, fans, vents, children, and pets.

During Use

• Allow the wax to melt completely across the surface during the first burn to prevent tunneling.
• Burn candles no longer than 4 hours at a time.
• Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings matches, and debris.
• Never move a burning candle.

After Burning

• Allow the candle to cool completely before relighting.
• Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.
• Reuse or recycle the container when finished.

Linen and Room Spray Care

Pharos linen and room sprays are designed to instantly refresh your space with luxurious fragrance.

Best Practices

• Shake gently before each use.
• Test on an inconspicuous area before spraying directly onto fabrics.
• Spray upward into the air or onto linens from approximately 12 inches away.
• Avoid spraying directly onto delicate materials, finished wood surfaces, leather, or painted furniture.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
• Keep the cap securely closed when not in use.

Reed Diffuser Care

Our reed diffusers provide continuous fragrance without the need for a flame.

Setup

• Remove the stopper and insert the reed into the fragrance oil.
• Allow reeds to absorb the oil for several hours before flipping them.

For Stronger Fragrance

• Flip reeds every 1 to 2 weeks.
• Use all supplied reeds for maximum scent throw.
• Place reed diffuser in an area with moderate airflow for optimal fragrance distribution.

Important Notes

• Keep away from children and pets.
• Avoid direct contact with furniture, countertops, and finished surfaces.
• Clean spills immediately as reed diffuser oils may damage certain materials.

Wax Melt Care

Pharos wax melts offer a flame-free way to enjoy fragrance throughout your home.

Instructions

• Place one or two wax melt cubes into an approved wax warmer.
• Allow the wax to melt completely and release its fragrance.
• Add additional cubes as desired to achieve your preferred scent strength.

Safety

• Never add water to melted wax.
• Do not leave a warmer unattended while in use.
• Keep away from children and pets.
• Follow the manufacturer's instructions for your specific wax warmer.
